Agreement for Content Use in Marketing

Between the client and Ringen Media (hereinafter referred to as the photographer) and any partners involved in the specific assignment. The client refers to the individual(s) and/or company utilizing the paid services provided by the photographer and/or subcontractors.

By accepting this agreement, the client consents to the photographer and any collaborators using the produced content for marketing purposes on social media, websites, and other relevant channels.

If the client deems the content inappropriate for marketing purposes, they may notify the photographer within a reasonable time, no later than one week after publication, and the content will be removed promptly.

For content used in marketing materials or printed publications that cannot be deleted, the photographer must explicitly inform the client about the production of such material and obtain permission beforehand.

This agreement applies only to content where individuals or subjects are easily recognizable. Other content is subject to the provisions of Section 104 of the Norwegian Copyright Act.
